I am happy too! but, I just figured out that the "normal" ovualtion period of 14 days falls on Labor day weekend which we are going to Louisville for and sharing a room with another couple!!! I will just have to keep my fingers crossed that I O early or late! I have promised myself I will not stress out though, at least I have my health back now (I think). All I can do is keep tryin'!

That's the attitude! Actually lots of people O later/earlier than the so called "normal" CD14, so it's very possible that your Louisville trip won't coinicide with prime BD time. But if it does, you could always hang a towel on the doorknob when the other couple goes down to the lobby for something. LOL! You'll work something out, I'm sure.

YEAH Nikki!! As much as AF is a pain in the arse...LOL...yeah that she's here. Means you are getting back to your old self. Mega, the "love juice contribution" is schedule like two weeks from today or last Friday, I can't remember but I'll be some time around our anniversary so that'll be a nice present. LMFAO!! Nikki, I bumped this thread up Sunday because it was on the second page and I thought I might as well bring us back to number 1. LOL! Well I am on CD 13 today. I forgot to buy a OPK kit so it's really probably useless to buy it today so I'll just go with the flow. I meant to do it Friday and got to busy to pick one up. By time I thought about it, it was 11:30pm so I said forget it. Me and DH BD'd Sat and will do so every other day, because he's a wimp...lol for the next week or so. No he's not a wimp he just works till the wee hours of the night and is sometimes too tired. I don't blame him though, I know roofing has to take a lot out of you. Nikki, tomorrow Rockstar is on at 10pm instead of 9pm, but I don't know why. Just an FYI. So how was everyone's weekend? I went to a 50th anniversary party for a friend of the family's on Saturday and then went to my husband's dad and step-mom house to swim at the public pool and then have DD another birthday party. And we still haven't hit DH's mom's house yet for presents. Dang kids really make out on gifts. Funny how we don't remember that when we are kids. LOL!!

The love juice appt. is near your anniversary huh?! Funny! :) That's right, our anniversaries are close together. My beta will be 4 days before DH & I celebrate our 2nd anniversary, talk about making or breaking the day. :) But I'm glad the SA is coming up. I gather your DH talked his mean boss in giving him some time off for it. That's good. Sounds like you had a fun weekend. Wow, your lucky DD. How many parties will the kid have before it's said & done. Oh to be a kid again. I think BD every other night or so should cover it for you, that's probably more reliable than OPKs IMO.

Yeah I have gotten MIXED reviews on OPK's so I guess I'm probably better off without them. I did notice once this AM when I used the bathroom I noticed a small streak of blood? Nothing since then. Wonder if it's because I am O'ing today even thought I think it'll be tomorrow or Wed. Never noticed that before. I had a sharp pain in my side last night so it could be due to O'ing I guess! So how's stimming? I'll be so scared if I have to do that process because I am afraid I'll mess it all up. LOL!!

If I haven't messed the stims up, Mommy, you won't either. LOL! No, they give you shot class 101 before starting the injectibles. You'll be fine. :) With the ovary pain & blood today, I'd definitely assume that it's O time for you. Keep on keeping on with BD these next couple of days. Catch that eggie! Or eggies!!! The stims are going fine. They don't hurt much at all. Most of them don't bleed either. Yay! Tomorrow's e2 result should give us a good idea though how well it's working thus far. Can't wait! I did think that I messed up the Lupron that first night though. I forgot to inject air into the vial before drawing it up into the syringe & injecting it in me. But I never forgot that step again. LOL! And my e2 level on Sat.was pretty low so they said it was doing it's job!

I got my annual exam done the same day my dr. gave me the Rx for the Provera, so I'm assuming she would have felt a cyst - but who knows. She didn't do a vaginal u/s or anything, but I would have thought she would have felt it. So, the injections are going well then? I don't know if I could do it. Anyway, I will keep you posted about AF and you all do the same with what is going on in your lives. Talk to you soon.

JSmith--You're right, I'd assume that your dr would've felt any cysts that were there. That's how my OB checked for cysts. Though I much prefer the vag. u/s myself. :) Are you currently on the BCPS now? If so, how long til you finish the pack? Yes, the injections are going well. There are 2 a day now, but the needles are tiny and the Follistim pen device doesn't hurt at all. It's only the Prog. in Oil (PIO) shots that I'm dreading. The oil is so thick. Ouchie! But that doesn't start til after the retrival. I think you'd be able to do it, if you had to. It would suck in the begining but you'd get used to it. Plus if you have a brave DH, it's easier to have them do it, both the IM and sub

Anyway, I was trying to say both IM (in the butt) & subq shots (in the tummy)--I have my DH give both. Easier that way. Good Morning all! I'm doing ok, having chest pains again....grrr. Trying to just convince myself they are reflux pains. other than that, I think AF is just about to leave, I will send her your way JSmith! I am soooo tired today. We had dinner guests last night that didn't leave until 11pm! So I didn't get to bed until 12:30 after cleanup, I was exhausted this morning. Sad thing is we have more dinner guests scheduled for tonight :( I told DH that he is grilling because I don't feel like cooking another big dinner. I have something planned for every night this week through sunday night, ugh, I just wanna go home and lay on the couch and watch a movie, lol!

Hey Nikki. Oh NO, not more chest pains. Yikes! Hopefully they'll leave as AF does. Sounds like you had a fun, but busy night last night. Wow, til 11, huh? That's past my bed time, LOL! Definitely sounds fair that your DH grills out tonite. You're doing lots of entertaining this week. :) I hope the chest pains subside soon for you. Feel better...

Afternoon all-
I just got home from getting the dog groomed, getting my dd daugther groomed :), getting pics of her made cause she needs them for school, going to the Ford garage, and going to Pizza Hut - WHEW!!! I'm exhausted! :) Mega- I am only on day 3 of my BCP's so I have a few more weeks to go before I should start. If I don't start, I don't know what I am gonna do. Wow!!! Your treatment is way involved! I'm sure you get used to it, but that is a lot! Nikki - best of luck to you on ttc - I hope it happens soon. Hey mommy - how have you been? JSmith--Wow, that is a lot of running around. :) I'd be tired too. Good ole lazy desk job. Bet the dog will feel better with his (her?) new 'do though. Your DD too. :) When does she start school? Preschool? or Kindergarten this year? Oh yes, IVF cycles get extremely involved, it's just starting to heat up actually. In a few days they'll start monitoring every other day & may eventually do monitoring every day. It really is like a 2nd job! But you're right, I'll get used to it. I'm very fortunate to work for a company with flex hours, so if I come to work late I can work late to make up time. No biggie! Still waiting for my call back. Usually 3:30 PM is the earliest they call w/ results but I'm antsy for some reason. I guess I will be like this every call back, huh?! :) Mommy, when does your DD start school?
