hello. we just tested my husband with an at home test kit. It came out negative (meaning <20 million) i know it could be inaccurate and we will test again. we also have an SA scheduled next week. Anyway....just wondering if others out there have had low sperm count results, if you have had success, what treatments, did vitamins help, and were you able to conceive?
