AND I also had a headache about a day or two before my beta confirming the positive, so, really, you have alot of what I had a few months ago. I'm happy for you! Oh wait until Rob hears that you called me a "Pam-cake" He really will be jealous!! well, I just went for my beta. My dr. ordered it stat, so I"ll get the results today. Hopefully he'll want to test again in 2 days, but they apparently stopped doing that a few years ago. But hopefully he'll make an exception for me ;) and YES, my husbands favorite way (or either he's just a lazy ass) is from behind laying down. that's usually his morning way. but from behind behind is awesome!! are you kidding! yes, it hurts but it's that kinda pleasure pain, ya know. sorry if I offended anyone! anyway, that's the way we did it the night before O. and we did it the lazy ass way the day after O. I can't believe I just told you that!

Hey, do I continue to take my extra folic acid? I"m taking low dose aspirin, 1 prenatal and an 800mg of extra folic acid. My dr said that I can never have enough folic acid.

I would with the folic of course like you said, you can't have enough. I'm not a big fan of taking baby aspirin though. I know the science behind taking it says it increases blood flow and thus gets more blood flow to the uterus, but I would say ask doc about this one with the aspirin....I tend to think to stop it once you have confirmed pregnancy. But that is my own thought on that since it does have acetominophin (sp) and can cause ulcers/compromise liver function.

Ok!! Im going to abstain til that +opk (which will be a feat) then Im off running to my bed, flopping flat on my belly and screaming Time to BD!! From behind is my soon to be least favorite. He says he loves to watch me.. BUT in this case Im sure he'll be shoving my face in the pillow!!

Im always so scared also to miss O so we kinda of over due it. We will see if it works..

About how long does it take to go to the RE initially & to get everything set up for an IVF? Is it like months to get all the info they need. My soon to be is supposed to go but hasn't because insurance wont cover any ART til we are married. so he wants to wait to even just go there for a visit.

TTC3- hilariousl! So your DH is a visual man... :) Hey, this will be my second IVF, so they wait for me to get my af (still waiting since m/c) and then they want to do a saline test to make sure there is nothing of the m/c left in there or clots, polyps from the m/c, then they wait for me to ovulate and produce progesterone before they start me on the lupron to quiet the ovaries down. Then they wait till AF to start and I start stimulation of ovaries with meds for about 10 days then they do the retrieval, so I'm about 4-8 weeks away from all this...I'm in hibernation mode right now :)

You ladies are so funny!!!! Linds, I like the name of the new thread!!! I have to leave in a bit to go get my rhogam shot....that should be fun. DH confessed that he did not sleep well last night b/c he was worried that I miscarried b.c we had sex. I felt so sorry for him. he was in tears. He is such a tough guy and I hate to see him like that. I put my hands on his shoulders and told him that we were not having a miscarriage (I really do not think we are) but if we did it would not be b/c we had sex. He felt better after our talk. Usually he is my rock but every now and then I catch a glimpse of a little boy....I love my dh so much. He is the most handsome and sweetest man in the world (my world - b/c I know y'all feel the same way about your dh's).
