lovemy3, I have PCOS and for the 6 months I used the monitor, I always got a peak around CD 17-21. However, I knew I ovulated because of me temp taking...the temp rise always occurred about 1 day after the peak. I'd go up to 97.5-97.9 from a follicular phase temp ranging from 97.2-97.3. So I knew I was ovulating too because after the temp rise, I would count the days and always get AF 14 days later. However, the monitor, I have read sometimes doesn't work with PCOSers because some wome have constant elevated LH. Maybe that is why your haven't peaked? At the same time, are you putting the urine in a container and then putting the stick in there? I found this to generate more accurate results rather than putting it in a stream of urine while peeing.

One more thing, women who get older (above 35) and wome who have PCOS are more susceptible to LUF (luteinized unruptured follicles)...these show all signs and indications of ovulation (even elevated progesterone levels indicating ovulation)...however, these nasty things are actually follies that don't release the eggs. So the only true way to determine ovulation occured is via ultrasound. I've probably had LUFs several times throughout my life and didn't know it.
