I knew about 8-12 days after impregnation something wasn't normal, sure enough, I was expecting I think 2 days is very early as its really just a group of cells reproducing so no real effort on the body this comes when it implants and hormones start being produced. I'd say that maybe all the missing pills etc may have upset your hormones a little and causing some issues but keep an eye on it and a few days before your period is due to take a test they say the early ones are pretty accurate x good luck!

Pregnancy symptoms at 4 weeks. Normally you get your period about 4 weeks from the start of your last period, but if you're pregnant, the clearest sign at this point is a missed period. Many women still feel fine at 4 weeks, but others may notice sore breasts, fatigue, frequent urination, and nausea.

Hi eirich
It is possible to conceive the same month you delivered my dear. What matters here is when you start ovulating. In my career as a nurse, I have seen mothers return to our facility exactly nine months after delivery. This prompted me to do some research that unearthed some critical information I never thought it existed. However, I observed something common among these mothers. Most of them chose to feed their children on powdered milk other than breastfeeding. I went a step further and sought more information on the role of breastfeeding the baby. I discovered that when you breastfeed the baby, it prolongs the return of the menstrual cycle. This was specifically true in the first six months. However, it is important to remember that how long breastfeeding delays return of fertility varies from one person to another. Disturbance, stress, sickness, and how long the baby sleeps before it is breastfed are all critical factors. Studies show that this method can only be relied on in the first six months and the mother must nurse the baby for at least 6 times per night. Changing your nursing routine can also affect the results of this method. However, for ladies who are not breastfeeding, ovulation will return within the first six weeks postpartum. Typically, a woman will ovulate before her period returns. So she may miss the signs that she is ovulating and so she will end up conceiving. Usually, a woman should weight for at least 12 months before she conceives. Those who conceive within 6 months end up giving birth to underweight babies. Also, those who conceive after 60 months may have to fathom with some side effect.

Pregnancy signs vary woman to woman, Period stops are the most common sign of any pregnant woman. Other pregnancy signs are feeling nausea, dizziness, food cravings, mood swings, constipation and also breast changes. If you see any 2-3 signs you can be pregnant, it's always better to detect and confirm pregnancy by visiting fertility expert and take all essential pregnancy tests for a healthy baby and mother.
