Is it implantation bleeding or ovulation

I am on Clomid(25mg) on this cycle and took progesterone test on day 24 and my doc said i didnt ovulate then i started showing the signs of ovulation like excess cervical mucus and ting of pink colour so my doc said probably i am ovulating. Now its 5 days after ovulation(assuming) and i am having a brown discharge and few blood spots. Does that mean its implantation bleeding or signs of ovulation. Please give me some suggestions.

It could be either, it could be neither. Unfortunately, there's no telling until you can test. Sorry. I wish all of this could be easier for all of us.
