My husband and I are ttc. I am new to this site and have gotten some great info. I was supposed to get AF last week and I didnt. I felt like I was ovulating so I took a test and it was positive. How long before I can get an accurate preg. test result?

I'm confused, please clarify. You thought AF was coming, but you were ovulating then? How long has it been since you ovulated?

well if u have missed ur period then i wud take one but try and get a early dective one
