It varies in degree. I have a pretty severe case but I do have 2 children through metformin and clomid (very high doses.) The best thing to do with PCOS is to keep yoru weight in check because your meds will work better if you are a healthy weight and having PCOS makes that very hard. Good luck to you.

hi urmila even i have pcos n read in lot of websites that chances of miscarriage r more in pcod case.now a days doc prescribe on metformin till trisemester to avoid miscarriage.i am on metformin since 3 days n hoping for best results.all the best for u
