can I still have a baby(seraget mom) if I still have my overies but not my uteris?

No, the baby grows inside the uterus, the ovaries only provide the eggs.

You would have to have your eggs retrieved and fertilized with sperm and then have the fertilized eggs implanted into a surrogant...I'm assuming this would be the same process as In-vitro. But it is possible tot have your own biological child, you just would not be able to carry the baby yourself.

Yes, you need a uterus to carry a baby. You can explore surrogacy, GIFT or adoption.
