hello everyone, I am new to this. I have been trying to concieve for 5 years. I have had laparoscopies, ovarian drilling(which surgeon botched) dome clomid, clomid with metformin, metformin and now femara with metformin. My question is, my dr had me do a "fake" cycle and told me after blood work that i was not preggers and not ovulating and to start on Feb 5th with the femara as day 3, i took them for 5 days till sundat feb 10, which would have been day 8, and on day 9 (monday feb 11) i started spotting. My question is why am i spotting? Blood work said i was not ovulating last week, and i had just finished the femara the day before. Does anyone know what this might mean?
