I am 20, have primary hypogonadism (testicular failure) and have been on testosterone replacement for about 2 years now. Puberty never really hit so I have been on the therapy and most characteristics have checked out except for penis and testicle growth. My T levels are in the 400s I believe, now. I've seen an endo for about a year but she has done her job by establishing a normal T range but its out of her expertise on penis growth (I expect to see a urologist very soon but not sure when). Since I'm 20, is there any hope for penis growth? Seems too late
