1 Mature Follicle @ 28mm

I just had my first IUI with a mature follicle of 28mm. I'm worried that with only one mature follicle, my chances of getting pregnant are very slim. Also, are there any chances of conceiving multiples? Any success stories would be greatly appreciated.

One mature follie is more than enough. We only need one hey! I also only had one, but this was my 3rd iui. I used clomid which increases your risk of multiples, but my doc changed my dosage to 50mg only as I had 4 mature follies on 100mg. What meds are you using with the iui? Good luck for the tww!
