my husband just found out he has high number of abnormal sperm, but normal sperm count. what are the chances of conceiving with high abnormal sperm...can the normal ones push their way through?

very little chance. this sperm is no worse than having no sperm at all. have it checked before looking for treatment. it's not that serious anyway.

it's called dead sperm and it's useless.your chances of conceiving is far impossible.get treatment soon.
