Will a cold keep you from conceiving?

We're ttc and I picked up a cold on Monday, cd17. I O'd on cd14-15. I think we hit our bd window perfectly this month, but if I'm sick now can that keep me from getting prego this month? I'm expecting af (or not!) somewhere around the 10-12th.
