When to try again after miscarriage

I'm 27 years old and I have been trying to conceive since Dec last year. I became very stressed after several months of trying thinking I was infertile and unable to ever fall pregnant. However, in June, I fell pregnant. My husband and I were over the moon. Finally we knew we were doing something right. At 7 weeks we lost it. My world fell apart. To this very day I keep thinking about it and how far along I would've been had everything went well. Anyway, I haven't given up and we started trying soon after. My cycle, however, has been very irregular since then. I went to a naturopath last month to see if she could regulate my periods but no luck. I would like to know how long it would take for me to get back to normal and can I expect to fall pregnant any time soon. Please help!!!!!

hi hopeful, i actually just posted about a situation kind of like yours. i lost my baby at 7 1/2 weeks in april. everyone told me that i would get pregnant again right away, but it took me 4 months to finally start ovulating!! my cycles are still not back to normal, but i do know i have started ovulating again, just later than i normally would. don't give up hope. i know a lot of women who have had healthy pregnancies aftera m/c. i hope i am one of them, and you too.
