I would imagine your best bet would be to charting your BBT. I find that more reliable than OPKs. I don't know much about breastfeeding (I'm still TTC #1) but I've heard that it takes a couple of months for your body to get back into it's regular O schedule after having a baby. But then getting pg during bf isn't really uncommon either. Good luck! Hope you conceive #2 quickly. HTH!!!

if you are not getting a period then that means that you are not ovulating. you can get a period and not ovulate but you cant ovulate without a period. i would suggest going to the doctor and getting your cycles regulated before trying. your cycles may just be out of whack from breast feeding. when do you plan on stopping breastfeeding? after you stop your periods should start to get regular again. if not then you may need to be put on medicatin for a little while to get it regulated. good luck.
