hey edy.. well no hcg shot this month .. if it doesnt work this month then ill have one next month ... im on cd15 i think i ovulated on cd11 and cd12...what do u mean 10dpo?? whats does dpo mean .. i want to think it means days past ovulation??? is that correct... hey kellyn .. i have been feeling bloated!!! and katrina missed us.. we are going to get rain and alittle wind ... but that is it... take care everyone and baby dust to everyone

Hi all, This is my 1st cycle with Clomid. Can anyone tell me if the length of their cycle changes on Clomid? I generally ovulate late. Does this remain the same with Clomid? Starting to get worried that I haven't had any quality cm yet. That was usually my best predictor of when I am fertile. Also wondering if any of you are having good cm. Heard that Clomid can dry you up. Hope all is well with everyone. Good luck ovulating.

Hi everyone im feeling pretty good just been a little bloated the past couple of days i believe that i Od somewhere between the 25 and 27 so lets keep our fingers crossed talk to you all soon LOTS OF BABY DUST!!!!!!!!

Hi Jen! Clomid didn't make my cycle any longer or shorter, but then I have a pretty regular cycle between 27 and 30 days. It did dry me up though. Had the doc not given me an hcg shot to make me ovulate within 36 hours, I would not have known that I was ovulating at all. That's why I tried the IUI this month. I don't think that the "drying" happens to everyone, though. I never even saw ewcm this month, so I'm kind of worried about that. Has anyone else experienced dryness with clomid??

hi kellyn...i start clomid this month but my dr also put me on estradiol right after my 5 days on clomid. he said this will help with the dryness or have you tried preseed?

hey everyone.. well i just got off the phone with my doctors office... and the said that they want me to wait 2 weeks from the time that i ovulated ... to see if i start my period sometime in that 2weeks... then i have to go in and see her.. so now i wait all bloated and everything lol.. kellyn are you feeling bloated??? do u feel like your af is going to start anytime or like you are pmsing ?? have you been moody?? anyone experiencing this??? well take care everyone.. and let us know how you are doing.... LOTS AND LOTS OF BABY DUST TO EVERYONE

Ok, so I finished my clomid last Sunday and I still have not gotten a positive OPK. I don't feel any different Should I be worried that maybe I'm not gonna ovulate?? :(

Hey ladies...Just wanted to let you know that 50 mg of Clomid didn't do it for me---no mature follicles at cd 12 or cd 15. Just found out that I have PCOS too. Guess I need to make excercise a daily thing and change my diet too. I'm going to see a RE on Friday---no +OPK yet, but docotor said with PCOS I could respond later in cycle--so I'll keep taking OPK this month and maybe I'll surge later than the recommended 5-10 past last pill. Maybe a diabetic medication too---KellyN are you taking any other meds besides Clomid.

Julie - I took my last Clomid pill last Tuesday. So almost a week ago & no positive OPK's for me either. I'm in the same worried boat as you. I've also had dry cm. For one day it was slippery & I got excited but it didn't last long. This is my 1st try with Clomid. Keep us updated!

Heather, what dosage of Clomid were you on? I was on 50mg days 3-7. I've been a bit dry too... Keep me posted and I'll do the same. Thanks.. :(

Julie-Same for me. 50mg days 3-7. I've also been on Metformin 2000 mg daily since the end of May. 3 years ago I found out about the PCOS & went on Met & got pregnant 6 weeks later. I was thinking the Met would work that great this time but it didn't do anything for me. I'll keep you updated for sure. I'll keep my fingers crossed for everyone.

Oh Kerri, sweetie, I'm so sorry about your pcos. I know exactly where you are right now, girl! I was right there last month. Aside from the clomid and hcg shot, I am taking Avandia, a diabetic drug that should get my insulin resistance under control. After ovulation, the doc also put me on a progesterone supplement (Prometrium), since pcos can cause low progesterone, which is what builds up your uterus lining for implantation. Lots of women get pg with pcos, so if we follow the doc's orders hopefully both of us will have a little one soon! Amanda, I am with you girl! Yes I am quite bloated today, and do have that wierd pms feeling. I also feel wierd sharp pains in my right side ovary or tube area. Sure hope that is a good sign for us. Miranda, I've not heard of estradiol. How much and how often are you taking it? Is it prescription, or can you get it over the counter? I've heard of preseed, but don't know much about it. I heard that it doesn't kill sperm, but do you know if it can take the place of ewcm as far as keeping the sperm alive for a couple days? I would appreciate any info I can get on these things. -kelly

Hie ladies, I have read your stories about Clomid. I just want to join you & share my story mainly for those of you who are taking it for the first time. I am 25 and started ttc two years ago. I was tested in March this year and found out that I was not ovulationg. I was given Clomid 50 mg to be taken on CD2-CD6. I conceived right after that 1st cycle. Unfortunately progestorone levels was still low. I was not given progestorone supplements & ended up in m/c 2 months ago. I still feel bad but knows that this is not the end of everything. I had my 2nd period after m/c on 16th August 05 so I took Clomid 100g fron 18th Aug to 22nd Aug. I am hoping for the best. Clomid works it worked for me after 2 years of ttc. My freind also conceived with one cycle of it unfortunately m/c, now has as 4 year old son who was conceived two months after the m/c. I would like to know how long are your cycles. Mine are btween CD33-CD35 but are regular.
Lets hope for BFP's in September. Wishing you all the best so that CLOMID should do wonders to you the way it did to me and my friend.

Hey everyone!!! kellyn .. i had the pain in the ovaries and felt like the tube. area.. well it was some where around there.. lol...but still feeling bloated.. cramping not to bad.. im trying not to read to much into ... how are you and everyone else doing in here??? angel and julie?? edy??? well take care... hoping for the best for everyone... baby dust to all

hi kellyn. estradiol is a prescription. my dr put me on cloid 50 mg days 3-7 then days 8-12 i will be taking estradiol then im supposed to db days10-16 and prochieve days 17-...to hold a preg if there is one....my dr said there is a 100% success rate with this treatment so i hope he is right...he showed me a chart of diff. treatments and this one was the best.
