I just came across this Vitex, i heard it helps with the hormones. Has anyone had any luck?

i just recieved vitex in the mail....going to start taking it tomorrow...but i also been drinking fertili-tea for about a month...so i will see how the vitex goes and i will keep you updated?

I used to take it to help with PMS and I think it made a subtle to moderate difference. It is supposed to help regulate women's health in general, so I could see it being good for fertility. Keep us posted!
