hi i am currently taking vitex as i have only had 3 periods this year my last period was in may. i ordered it off the internet from a health remedy shop. i have only been taking it about 2 weeks and i still havent had a period!!! do you know if you are ment to take it until you get a period or are you ment to stop after a month or something?? |

I want to say i do recommend Vitex- of course ask your doctor first but i went through a month where i had three periods in one month... so my periods were not far apart they were actually too close together and the same month i used vitex i got pregnant and i had been trying to get pregnant for 11 months... i don't know if it was a coincidence or if it was actually the vitex but i think i really feel the vitex helped me! Lisa Mc keep taking it... don't stop taking it because it is trying to balance out your hormones... if you stop taking it at times it will mess it all up again. just take it once daily kind of like a vitamin!!! |

HI precious, Ive been taking Fertilityblend and FertileAid. They both contain Vitex, and other herbs. I must say that ive noticed a difference, i normally get really really bad pms, and ive been on these for two months now, but my last AF, pms went unnoticed...i was a darling angel.....hehe. I feel different, i know that may not count for much, but i had a tubal reversal a year ago, and two m/c's since then. Then ive tried the fertility blend after my last m/c and i feel really good. Ive heard the worst things about ovulex. but your local gnc sells Fertilityblend and FertileAid you can get on the internet. I will also mention that, my libido has changed dramatically, i actually like to bd now, instead of it being a chore, and im very regular, TMI, but i go to the bathroom three times a day. Soooooo, that is my experience with vitex. |

rainbowbrite- hope it works for me the way it did for u been ttc for nearly 8 months now periods went awall when i came off the pill hope they return back to normal soon so that i can get my bfp!! |

Thankx for all giving me your situations with using this drug...i'm going to talk to my doctor about it..but i just found info on it..my periods are too far apart and seem to be getting longer so i wanna give them a big kick in the butt..lol but this really helps..thankx....i'm going to stop ttc for at least 2 months..this cycle and the next..just to wait for an improvement on my period...or at least thats what i'm thinking..might change it though..lol...never know..anyway..this has been a lot of help...i know my periods aern't as bad as some...and that i only skip like 3 or 4 months in the year..but i just feel they need to be the normal 28 day cycle at least...so i'll talk to my doc on thursday and let you know how it goes.. |
