hi.. wantanotheraftertr... so it took u that long to get preg.! wow.. my re told me that i still had 7cm on one side and 8or 9cm on the other. my tubes were only tied.. it has now been 3 months since my tr. i really hope it works... i had to save and pay cash for my procedure!! i went through a nasty divorce and it ruined my credit, so i could not get nothing financed.. so did you take any meds to help u conceive or did you just wait?

amymarie I waited till Dec to start trying.
I had a short luteal phase so I called my Re and he perscribed clomid 100mg days 3-7. I took it in Feb and I did get pregnant. I also lost that baby. I had a huge cyst on my right ovary after so I was not on clomid the next month (march). I was told that fertility blend from GNC was ok so I took it in March. I also didn't think i had a chance of getting pregnant . But I did right away and everything is going well. I really did not think it took that long to get pregnant I am very pleased I really thought it would take longer. I also used the web site fertility friend . com to track my cycle and temps. WANTANOTHERAFTERTR.. HI.. I AM GONNA BE HONEST I DONOT REALLY PUT FORTH ALOT OF EFFORT IN DOING THE TEMP THING AND ALL OF THAT.. HOWEVER I TRY TO CHK FOR CM AROUND O TIME.. HOW DO YOU CHECK YOUR LUETAL PHASE.. I GET CONFUSED WITH ALL OF THAT.. LIKE THIS MONTH AF CAME THE 2ND AND I ASSUMED I WOULD BE O'ING AROUND THE 16TH THRU THE 21ST.. JUST GOING BY THE NORM... IN MAY AF CAME ON THE 30TH... SO IT COMES WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF THE DUE DATE GIVE OR TAKE.. SO WHAT DO THINK MY PHASE WOULD BE..?? I BOUGHT FERTILAID FOR WOMEN ONLINE... BUT I AM HESITATE TO TAKE IT JUST YET, BECAUSE I WANT TO SEE IF I MAY HAVE CONCEIVED THIS TIME... I SURE HOPE SO..

AMY- your LP is usually like 14 days. you count the day of or after ovulation(dont remember which) to the day that you get your period. most women have a 12-16 day LP. If you ovulated on the 16th and A/F showed on the 30th that would be 14 days. You may want to go to wal mart or kmart or somewhere like that and buy ovulation tests and start using them to help pinpoint ovulation better. good luck

Amy yes the luteal phase is the day after O to the day of AF. Mine was 8-10 days so with implantation happeing aroud days 8-10 It was to short if we had concieved it would have been trying to implant at the same time as af! I agree ovulation kits would be good to use. even if you don't temp I am 35 so I didn't feel time was on my side with this so I tracked very close I temped and did opk's tracking also helps when you don't concieve for awhild and you have info to give the DR. when you see one. Hi ladies, I had tubal reversal surgery in 2000 cost me 6000.00 then and I have had 3 tr babies since then with just one short little repaired tube (lost the other immediately after my reversal surgery to an ectopic pg) I am trying for my 4 tr baby (wanted a big family!) and have had two miscarriages 12 months apart this time. I'm in my 2ww right now after trying clomid and am 5 dpo. So yes it is very possible to have kids again. I know 3 other girls that post on another site who have gotten pregnant after tr surgery. One just had her baby, one is pregnant with twins (she only has one tube too) and the other had a m/c and is still trying to conceive.

Ok so heres my story.. I am 31 years old and I have 4 very healthy and beautiful children. My husband and I have been together for 14 years and after my last child, 7 years ago, I made the decision to get my tubes tied even though my husband was very much so against it. Now all these years later, WE want to have another baby. I have done some online research for prices and locations but have not been successfull in locating a clinic somewhere in Canada with some reasonable prices. Does anyone know of any places that I could contact. Any help would be great. Thank You in advance.
