Hey!! No luck yet. :( Maybe tonight! Hope all is well with you.

I have question. I don't think I"m ovulating like usual. I usually have the clear egg-white mucus, but this time is different. I had one day of it, but it was darker than usual. If I were to be pregnant, wouldn't that stop the clear egg white mucus? I usually have a couple days of it, but not this time. It's weird. What do you think?

Hey Beth, I don't know about the cm I usually have ewcm just one day around ovulation and then all goes dry till a few days before AF ,but I am like you this month except I have got a lotiony like cm mucous right now and I am 8dpo, so that is kinda weird if it is really unusual for you.I don't know if you have ever tried one (this month was my first try with them so I am no expert on them), but anyways maybe you could try an OPK it really helped me to pinpoint O before I truley had no idea when or if I was even O'ing seems I am on CD 10-12. Sorry I couldn't be of more help on the subject.I wish you success this month!
jcr, Hope all is well with you .How many days past O are you currently? Any symptoms? I am gonna test maybe around Halloween w/ a early test that will put me at 4 days before AF is due so maybe I'll get that BFP as I hope you Ladies do as well! Keep me posted ! I ended up having some ewcm yesterday. I'm hoping that we bd'd enough to hold me, but I doubt it. I just don't understand how a guy can go for so long without sex! Then again, he has a disease that gives us some problems (he's in pain all the time) and it effected his ability to do things when he wants to, since he pretty much needs viagra already. Seriously, he has that. Ok, talk to you soon. Hoping for BFP this month!!!

hey gang, I am out of the running already. Saw a new RE Wednesday, she phoned today with the results, I didn't ovulate this month like I thought I did. I could have sworn I did, but she said my progesterone would have been much higher if I actually ovulated. I guess its another month down the drain. She is also saying she doesn't think its pcos, maybe stress related hypothyroidism. Which makes no sense to me. 11years of unprotected sex, very irregular periods my whole life. Doesn't fly with me????? So I feel like I am starting all over again. At least with pcos it had a name instead of just a broken woman. I am pretty bummed and not sure what to do next. Anyway, I hope the best for everyone else in the 2ww!!! Babydust

I'm sorry you're going through that. It must be devastating to have your doctor tell you you didn't ovulate. It's good that they figured it out, so they can hopefully fix it. Hang in there. I'll be praying for you!

jcr, I am sorry to hear the bad news. Hope things go much better next month for you! I know how dissapointing this whole TTC thing can become month after month I think I did it just to have AF arrive and really get me down! I don't know I feel like if I didn't conceive this month that I am about ready to just say forget it, it is so heartbreaking and stressful! I am somewhere between 8 or 9 DPO don't really have any signs or symtoms just sore boobs ,but they are always that way so not a reliable source.I wish you good luck for the month ahead !

Lizzy and Beth thanks for you kind words. This is so discouraging. At least it takes pressure off me for a couple weeks, I will not temp or opk test!! I am going to relax and forget about getting pg. November may be a bust depending on timing. We are both going out of town. Each to opposite ends of the Continent!! Yeesh, kinda a hard to sperm commute I guess. We will have to see. Beth I am sorry to hear about your husband, it must be so frusterating for both of you. Have a good weekend.

Hey guys. I think I need a trip out of town, too. I am so tired! I guess I'll just throw this month out the window too. I couldn't get him to BD at all, since last Saturday, and I don't think I ovulated until Wednesday or Thursday. Sex used to be fun! Now I can't get him even interested. I think our relationship needs some work before we bring a baby into it.

Beth, you can still have a chance this month so don't lose your hope yet where this is a will there is a way! jcr..hope all is well w/you! Well I just took a test 9 DPO I know its early, but I just couldn't wait and to my suprise I got a BFP now I just have to keep praying that the Good Lord will help me to keep it and not another M/C! Girls keep your Faith and stay strong because you ladies are next! Please pray for me as I will do the same for you!

Lizzy congratulations! How long have you been trying? I'm still having weird cm, usually it stops by now. Hopefully this is a blessed thread! I'm so happy for you! It must be so exciting! Oh, now I see you've been trying really hard since June. I have used the opk's before, but I feel like they're a waste of money if I can't even get him to bd with me. I don't really need them now though, I can tell when I'm o'ing. Talk to you soon!

Lizzy congrats!!! A bfp this early is a good sign I would think, hormones are strong???? I am soo excited for you. Just because you have had one m/c doesn't mean you'll have another. I guess you are giving your son a sis (or bro) for his birthday, he just has to wait 9 months!! I am hoping this is a lucky thread!! My RE emailed me and said may be pcos if metformin has helped??? I think no one has any idea, so I am really confused. Again Lizzy congrats and Beth I hope you are next followed by Staci and me next month??

One more thing Lizzy! I just thought of this. I told you before I was born on my brother's birthday, but I left off the rest. I was only born that day because he prayed for it! It was his birthday dinner, and he prayed that I would be born that day, well, after my mom had her fried chicken and chocolate cake, it was off to the hospital! I thought you might like that. Talk to you soon! JCR - I hope your doctor figures out what the problem is, and fixes it. When I first went on birth control, it didn't control my bleeding for 3 years! Then I finally went to another doctor and he increased the dose, that's all it took. I would've gone sooner, but I was only 18, and didn't know much about things, and didn't speak up about my problems. I know better now. Talk to you soon!

I have been TTC since May as well, and I am at 2 DPO today. I'll wait with you!! I am new to these boards, and I need a buddy! I had an HSG test done this month and all was good with that. And I just started using the Clear Blue Easy Monitor. My cycles are usually anywhere from 29 to 33 or 34 days sometimes. I am on the 2 WW right now. Good luck with your Ovulation week!!!

That is so sweet of your brother to pray for you to be born on his b-day maybe I will be lucky enough(God willing) to give my son a sis or brother for his next year! This month was the first time I ever tried an OPK I don't know if it had anything to do with conceiving or not, but after 10 months with no luck and 1 month of using an OPK maybe it could have. Try to get DH in the BD'ing mood so you will have great news for us as well !!

Stacy... Thanks for your prayers they are appreciated and I will pray that your clomid works for you! I have a friend who was put on clomid after trying for years with no luck and after just a few cycles she conceived and is currently 9 1/2 wks along so it does work.
Stay strong and keep your faith good news is coming for you all soon! I will keep you all in my prayers and hope that we all have graduated to the pregnancy forums before christmas!!
