Hi sfurniss86! My husband and I have been TTC for almost two years now and the doctor is just now starting to do some blood work. I did the day 20 testing and the day 3 testing and everything has come back normal so far. It's all just a big waiting game. :( suppose to go in on June 10th for another day 20 test and hope maybe he'll talk to me about starting clomid or doin something neways!! I know that lately my periods have been irregular but i'll start really light spotting for a week before I start sometimes! I don't know if that's what you would have or it sounds like its to early in your cycle for that. I have seen where some women do get ovulation spotting though. Good luck and let me know!

Hello Sfnrniss86 and Ashley. I have been reading all the threads on Clomid and been both reassured and worried. I am 30 years old and taking Clomid days 3-7 and I am on cycle day 7 now. This is my first cycle. I have PCOS and my cycles have been stretching out to 47 days! We got pregnant naturally in 2007 but we lost our darling baby girl at birth due to Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. We were too scared and grieving to try for three years but took the plunge in January and took out the IUD. So far in my Clomid days I've had a little trouble with insomnia and have felt a little flushed. I am also taking Mucinex (guaifenesin)to help with the hostile CM and we have both been taking FertiliAid (although it says on the bottle for women not to take it with Clomid so now I'm taking Vitamin B complex, Folic Acid and a multi) we also have pre-seed to use for BDing. I've had hubby on vitamins (Folic Acid, Vitamins C and B complex) as it says that helps the quality of the sperm. I hope I have all my bases covered.

I bought and have been using the OvaCue digital fertility monitor. It tests the electrolytes in your mouth first thing in the morning and has a vaginal probe to use in the evening so it can tell you for sure if you ovulated. Once you use it for a bit it can tell you up to 7 days in advance when you're going to ovulate. I knew I couldn't use the strips (OPK's)because I would drive myself crazy trying to read them. I read HPT's like they are tea leaves! (Holding them up to the bathroom light, taking them outside, using a camera, all in hopes of spying that illusive second line) I would go nuts trying to see if the lines were the same shade! So today, my last day of Clomid, the monitor said I would ovulate on the 1st so it is WORKING! I'm thrilled! I hope this is our month. It's funny, but if we did get our BFP this month it would be the exact same due date and pregnancy timeline it was for our daughter.

Where are you in the process? I would love to have others in the same situation to talk to. I will keep you in my prayers and I hope we all get our BFP's soon. Baby Dust to you both!

HI all, Hope everyone is doing well.
Hopeafter, I am on cd9 just finished my 3rd round of clomid 100mg take days 3-7, I do the bbt but really need to invest in one like you have, I hate doing the opk's they are so hard to read and expensive. Hope this is our month. Have had several dreams lately and my husbands brother in law texted the other day and wanted to know if we was pregnant or if he dreamed it. So its hopeful when other people are also having dreams, In my dream we where having quintuplets, so no offense but I was little freaked, I am very nervous about multiples Im 33 and dh is 43. Really enjoy reading posts and babydust and prayers for all.

Hi Nurse, and welcome! I really think the digital monitor has given me a lot of peace of mine. I bought it because my periods had started to lengthen out and I didn't know if I was ovulating at all. It has saved me a lot of unnecessary trips to the doctor as I can either just take my monitor in or download it onto charts. Mine is an OvaCue and I did spring for the vaginal probe. They say it's optional but you have to have it for the monitor to tell you for sure when you did ovulate. (It turns that day's box purple)
I'd say it's a good sign when even your friends are having dreams. So do you tell people you know that you are TTC? That's an issue we haven't mastered. When you do people ask you all the time if 'it's' happened yet! I hope for your sake you don't have quints! Twins would be nice, though! Good luck with your BDing. I O tomorrow and then on to the TWW. At least I have a cycle buddy! Sticky baby dust to you!

I am now 33/ he is 43 not got to much time to waste. His brother in law didn't know we was trying, most my friends at work and family know. We will wait before telling people if get pregnant since last time lost it and had to go back and tell everyone that is horrible.
