I'm Out for this cycle. Beta came back today at only a 3. Does anyone know if my AF will be a long time coming because of the Prometrium?? I want to get going on the next cycle. My RE suggested IUI with injectables (Since my meds and IUI are covered). Last cycle (using Clomid/IUI we had a 2-3% chance). This cycle we will have a 10-12% chance. Worth a shot right?? Also- I have to go back on Wednesday for more blood- -- anybody know why?? I am starting to feel like a pin cushion. CC: how are you doing? CENDY, ERICKA: Any new developments? LASHUNDA: How is little Wyatt doing? Take Care All--

Oh Dea, Im sorry. Sounds like you and dh have a great attitude about it though, which is so important. Your AF should be coming soon, even w/ the progesterone..You have stopped taking it now right? Should just be a matter of days to get it all out of your system and then AF should come. Any thoughts from your Dr as to what happened? Chemical pregnancy maybe? I agree, since the meds worked for you w/ IUI, maybe this next cycle will be the one. Injectables are amazing, compared to Clomid and have worked for so many..I hope you fall into that catagory soon! Do you know what you will be taking?And..if your insurance covers it, then its worth a try (mine did, and I tried!) I think they want you back on Wednesday to make sure your hcg level is back @ zero and not rising for some reason..Keep us posted on your Wednesday appointment and if they have any reasons as to what happened this cycle.

Hi all, sorry have not posted in the last week, have been away on holidays. Well my faint positive was false, guess the test must have been defective. I got my AF last sunday. I knew it was too good to be true ; ( The weird thing was I had 3 days of cramps before bleeding started, but temps were still high until day of bleeding, usually I just get cramps the day bleeding starts. Just another stupid PMS symptom to add to the list I guess. Anyway, have moved on and am concentrating on this cycle, am CD10 but dont expect to O for another week. Thanks for all your encouragement and advice, I will know in future to just wait and be patient. DH and I are seeing a specialist for the first time in a couple of weeks, after 2 years of trying the doc has finally written us a referral. Good luck to you all! Hope a little baby dust floats your way (and mine) soon ; )

hi everyone - man- I didn't log on for a few days and so much is going on with you guys! DEA - so sorry to hear about the crazy roller coaster. I do think it's a great sign that your body is responding. I got pregnant on my 2nd cycle of meds, so I do think there's something to be said for the body getting accustomed to the meds before things take off. I know i had to wait for AF a little bit after the prometrium, but not long. I think August might be your lucky month! CC- sounds like you are managing the injections well. I hope you get lots of great eggs to pick from! CENDY- glad you passed the test. I have to do that in a few weeks (week 28 I think?). Should I be worried if I eat too much sugar? In my twisted head I'm telling myself all the ice cream consumption just makes my body better equipped to know how to handle sugar. I'm crazy, I know. I am an ice cream-holic lately. NICKI- sorry about the false positive. I'm glad you are getting to go see a specialist. Keep us posted on their recommendations. Hope everyone else is doing well. I'm getting bigger every day and the ligament pains are tough lately. I have some new stretch marks on the belly (thanks to my genes). Phoebe is moving a bit more these days, or at least she's bigger so I can feel her more. I still am waiting for a power kick. None of my clothes fit anymore. Oh well - I'm NOT complaining. If I can just get finished with summer school and start my hiatus from the MBA program, I will be such a happier person! DUST!

bumping us up--
crampy today- i have never wanted AF to show so fast in my life-- how odd the brain operates. NICKIH: Sorry about the false positive. I can definately relate!! An RE will be a lot more help- it took awhile for me and DH to "warm up to it". But, now we get it!! They have so many more answers and options. Keep us posted on how the first app't goes!~~DUST~~

Hello. Dea, I'm so sorry about the test results. Like CC, I’m curious to know whether it was a chemical pregnancy. Let us know what your dr. says. I am happy to see that you have such a positive attitude, even at such a crazy time. I hope the next cycle treats you much better. CC, how are the injections going? Have you started injecting 2x a day yet? When will you have the transfer done? Dlongen, aren't those kicks amazing? How far along are you now? So far I haven’t gotten any stretch marks yet, but I do have killer varicose veins. The whole bottom part of my leg is purple. They run in my family so I knew I would get them, but this many is a little ridiculous. But like you, I'm not complaining. Dh and I have narrowed it down to 3 names. It will either be Samuel, Nicholas, or Andrew. What do you girls think? Oh, and Cendy and I will have something in common. His middle name will be Wyatt. Dh liked that name from the beginning, but I objected to it because since my family is Hispanic they had the hardest time saying it. They are going to be my babysitters, so I don't want them always calling him by the wrong name. So we finally decided to have Wyatt as the middle name and are still deciding on the first. Have a great evening.

ERICKA, I love all your names!! Samuel Wyatt sounds very cute, thats my favorite! Varicose veins run in my family too, my Mom got them really badly when pregnant w. myself and my brother, so I feel your pain. They are really easy now to get rid of, just a thought for the future. Glad to read your post and that you are doing well. Injections are going well, thank you for asking! Friday will begin the twice a day fun, and if all goes as planned, I should have retrieval on 8-15 and transfer back in on 8-18. Not long now. DEA, any AF yet? Are you taking a break this month or jumping right in again? News on what happened w/ this last cycle? DLONGEN-I am an ice cream-o-holic too, and Im not even pregnant! Just today I had rocky road in a cone (my favorite!)..At least you have an excuse! Im glad things seem to be going well for you and Phoebe! NICKIH-I too am sorry about your false positive. Nothing worse! GL w/ the specialist..Its a big step, but the right one after all this time. Im so greatful to have found mine..they offer some hope, when you dont think there is any left at all. Let us know how you make out w/ your appointment. Hope everyone else is well..LASHUNDA, how are you? Busy w/ the baby I bet!

dea - August 2

FIRST: Let me say "Sorry" to LASHUNDA. I now remember that you have a daughter (right??). And that CENDY likes the name Wyatt. I would blame it on "baby brain" but I'm not pg yet! I should start to take notes... ERICKA: I like all the names you have narrowed down to. I like Samuel the best. CC: AF showed last night, full force today- I went to the dr. They did a baseline blood and u/s. I start my injections tomorrow. .05 m/l of Lupron and 75 for the Follistim. We are jumping in- My ovaries and lining looked great so I didn't need to take a break. I am grateful that at least my body "behaves" with all the prep stuff. At this point- it looks as though I had a chemical pregnancy- which is encouraging. ~~Dust to CC & NICKIH~~Belly rubs to the rest~~
