Hi Promiseme12, hows things? Was it this wendsy you had appt with gyn??

I had my pre-op assesment Tues, as im having a laparoscopy. They've not really explained to me why other than im not ovulating; so i suppose minor OP will discover if my tubes are blocked. I had ultrasound a few weeks back but all ok. Have you had scans etc?
You will have a babba eventually, dont give up hope just yet. They say its a long journey. Keep me posted on what the gyn says - good luck x

Hi Josie and Promise me! My DH and I have been TTC for almost two years but we do have a two and half year old son. It's very frustrating!! I just started getting my blood work done every month to make sure everything is on track and so far it's coming back good. Promiseme-Definitely don't give up yet. I know a year sounds like a long time but it's really not that bad and it this point it could definitely be something very simple that you can just take medication for. I wouldn't get too worried yet. Did you have your scan yet?
Josie-How long have you been TTC?? Are you having your laparoscopy soon then?

Hi AshleyW, Ive been TTC for a very long time, probably around 6yrs now. Im only 23 so i never really worried too much, just thought i was very lucky not getting caught however when we did start talking about having a family etc we thought we best get looked at and have been trying properly i.e seeing the correct people/speacilist for over 12months.
I am having my laparoscopy a week tomorrow (09/06) very nervous but excited too. My sister-in-law had it done a few years back and she fell pregnant almost straight away, as it flushes out your tubes. Its called black &dye something like that. I will keep you updated.
Promiseme12 - your situation is very similar to mine - ive never been pregnant nor have i ever used protection but im hoping like you said, it may be just a O problem which can be treated with clomid etc.
