Trying to understand TCOYF sofware..HELP!!!

I am using the TCOYF software and it is really confusing me. My chart is all over the place and I have what looks like a coverline WAY ABOVE my temps...It doesnt look like I Od at all but on other programs it is really obvious....Anybody else using the disk in the back of the TAKING CONTROL OF YOUR FERTILITY book???

It was a setting in preferences if anybody else is having problems too.
