What is PCOS?

PCOS is Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.

Depending on the length of your cycle most peoples best time to conceive is days11-15. which is usually 3-4 days before ovulation, the day of Ovulation and the day after Ovulation. Sperm live up to 5 days in the right conditions but an Ovum (egg) only lives 12-24 hours at most. Some people ovulate late or early though. I've heard for as early as day 8 (starting to have sex) and then as late as day (21, stoping sex). If you arent sure about your cycle you should probably start having sex every other day ONLY from day 8-21 just to be sure. JMO.

btw you can continue to have sex after day 21, it wont hurt. I was just giving a range of days that you SHOULD have sex.
