Taking BBT first thing in the morning

I have a very hard time remembering to take my BBT first thing in the morning. I usually get up to go pee and then I remember. Will this little activity affect my temperature reading??

Yes it will effect the temp. It will not be accurate once you get up and do movements. Why don't you use an alarm clock to remind you to use Your BBT. Try not to drink anything after 7pm so you would not have to rush to the bathroom .
