Hey all, I'm new here and have been reading through some of the threads. Everybody seems so kind and helpful! I have a question, and I'm hoping that someone could help me out. I have one eight year old child with my husband already (we were very young when we had him). Well, hubby and I have always wanted more kids, and decided that we wanted to marry first. All the while, I was a PERFECT 28 day cycle gal, ovulating on the 14th day of the cycle - ALWAYS. I figured that we'd be pregnant right away when we started trying. We're going on cycle 3 (I feel awful complaining about this, because I know some couples try for years) but I have noticed a change... I'm not ovulating anymore. I haven't since we began trying. Has anyone else experienced anything like this before? And if so, what could I do to reverse this?

Forgot to mention, I'm still young - mid 20's, and a bmi of 20.

Hi momof12004. You might need to see a doctor and get blood test to see if youre ovulating. If not it could be pcos or something else (ultrasound can confirm pcos). Either way if youre not ovulating dr can prescribe clomid which will get it going. Its a bit of a long tough process but thats what these forums are here for, to support us along the way :)
I just done my first round after a looooong time coming diagnosis of pcos. It worked, I ovulated, but no bfp this time. Good luck!
Oh yeah I have older kids too. My pcos didnt come on till after i had them (im assuming) and im also assuming stress set it off for me as ive had a lot!
