hey mega .. i sorry that doesnt work this month. i am really frustrated and even angry but what shall we do . i mean we have to be patient and absorb our anger. well yeah mega .. i really hope you can help on the Lap thing. did anything arrive to be unusual on your Lap.? me myself iam not quite sure that the Lap results will arrive with something bad. i think my doctor will waite until after the Lap. so he can decide wether i need injections/IVI or INjections/noraml Bd . you know that on my last clomid cycle i was really frustrated and i asked him to recommend me to IVF consultant as i was eager to reach the end of the way. no more torture. the Dr refused and he was totally frustrated from me being so unpatient. (he is not suffering at all, does he?) and he said that i must not jump all the remaining plans and procedures that must be undertaken before switching to IVF. ANYWAYS, i will keep u posted girls.soimpatient , i have never done injections before so it is gonna be atotally new experiance.

Debbie--I hope today's b/w & u/s went well. Let us know what the dr said. IUI is interuterine insemination, another word for artificial insemination, usually the step before IVF (invitro fertilization). Lots of abbrevations in this fertility lingo! Good luck with this cycle, I hope it does the trick. Kotkot--I'm sorry for all your frustration. Is the only way for you to see the IVF dr through a dr's referral? Too bad he refused, it's your body, your ferility you have a right to be eager to get things rolling. I think a lap is good to have b/c there are conditions that can't be diagnosed anyother way. Most likely you're fine, but the peace of mind is worth it. Plus since you're going to be spending more money on the injectibles it's good that the dr knows things are a-okay in there. Me, I also had Ovarian Drilling done during my lap for my PCOS, since he was going to be in the "neighborhood" anyway. And I have pics of what I look like inside, too cool. And should I move & go to another RE one day I can give those to him. Lynn--Hope the baby cooperates this u/s, keep telling him/her to listen to his/her mommy & face up so you can see the gender. 6 days from today, right? Wow! Coming up soon. Well, AF came today so I'm officially onto my FET cycle. I start BCP tonight.

Well the lab work and u/s went very well. I give my first shot this evening. I counden't get the IVI done because of a dye allergy. If any one can tell me my odds of this working. Myself I have a little scaring from what I don't know and also my overies are small. All of my lab work has been great except for the crp just a little high. My husband on the other hand has very little mobility in his sperm. Only 3 % . I only had one month of clomid and right into IVF. Is this a bad sign for us? Do my odds look small. I dont want to worry. I don't know much about this. Thank you for all your input.

Lynn, I hope that you can find out the sex of your baby at your next ultrasound! I would definitely want to know as well. It is still a surprise when you find out...it is just an earlier surprise then at birth. Debbie, I'm glad that your appointment went well today. I'm not sure if your odds are decreased because you are going straight to IVF but look at it this way, at least you aren't going to waste years and years doing stuff that doesn't have a chance of working. Miracles can happen. I'm hoping that mine happens sooner than later. Mega, that is so cool that you have pics of your ovaries! I always try to get a peak of mine during an u/s but the screen is always facing away from me:( So, today is day 6 of provera and I think that I am going to stop taking it. I hope that there is enough of it in my system to make af come. I just hate the way I feel on it and I'm really anxious to get my next cycle started. I have heard of girls only taking it for 5 days. Do you think 6 days is enough to bring on af? Kotkot, I'm sorry that your doc is not understanding or sympathetic. I hate it when doctors act like they know how you are feeling when clearly, they don't! Well, ladies, have a good night and I hope that we can all bring BFPs soon!

well girls . thanks alot for responding . mega i am so sorry for AF coming. I am cd 27, so i am expecting my AF withing the upcoming 4days . when iam off clomid my cycles tend to be like 30 or 31 days long. well i am not sure if injectables are really expensive here in jordan. well as you may know jordan is considered to be one of the best arab countries regarding the medical treatment, although you will get surprised from the cost of treatment, it is pretty cheap. for example an IVI costs here about 250 USD in 5 STAR HOSPITAL WITH super doctor. so it is not that much. an IVF cost about 1500 USD and giving birth cost about 400 USD again in the top quality hospitals.
well, insurance here doesnt cover ANY of the infertility tratment or medications. not at all . iam covering 100% of the costs.

Kotkot--$1,500 for IVF? Wow, no wonder you wanted to skip the rest of the treatments & go straight to that. With those prices I wouldn't think most people would need ins. to pay for it anyway. That's wonderful. It amazes me how much prices vary from 1 part of the world to another. Debbie--I have to agree with So, you're odds are much better with IVF than anything else. I'm guessing you'll be doing ICSI with your IVF, that's good for motility issues as well as morphology (my DH's issue). Hope last night's shot went well. So, I stopped Provera at CD 7 before b/c I was breaking out on it and my AF still came within the predicted 4 to 14 day later timeframe. Don't remember how many days later it came though. I hate Provera, refuse to take it now. Instead I take Prometrium, the natural progesterone. Works better IMO, and no breaking out either. The pics I have of my ovaries though are mainly after the dr did the Ovarian Drilling on them. To quote my dr, they look like they have the measles, all those holes lasered into them. Pretty funny! Well ladies have a great weekend. I'm off work tomorrow, & my home computer was acting funky last night so I doubt I'll be able to get on it tomorrow and then Sat. AM we're leaving for a weekend trip to a lake cabin in the Tennessee mountains. Can't wait. So I'll be off of here til next Wed., most likely. Lynn, good luck on the u/s. Can't wait for the gender report! Carole--Happy anniversary. Have fun Sat. night at your celebration.
