Your vagina is always open, when the man ejaculates most of the sperm usually do come back out, especially if you stand up or go to the bathroom right away. For the best chances of conceiving stay laying down with a pillow under your bottom so that the semen have a better chance of swimming into your cervix and then your fallopian tube.
