we're TTC for almost 5 years now and still no luck!!!
a friend told me to have sex during period because
that's the time woman are ovulating.. is this true??

it depends on your cycle. let's say you have 28 days cycle, your ovulation starts between 12-14 days before your period. this means you have to have sex before your period comes to be able to conceive.

every woman is different but ovulation usually occurs 5 days before and after your period. if you are having problems with counting days, you can check on your vaginal discharge it's easier that way. if it's white/clear and stretch, it means you're ovulating.

some women got pregnant during period but it's not always the case. the best time to get pregnant is around the middle of your cycle close to ovulation. good luck.

yes if you have a 28 day cycle.. in this case, you are more likely to get pregnant just after your period ends.. meaning to say, it's possible if you have a very short period cycle..
