Hi i was wondering if you were able to concieve naturally before and are having a hard time concieving again does that mean you would have a fertility problem? I mean does a male sperm quality go up and down any given month or does it stay the same and does that go for egg quality as well? is there good and bad eggs for women that vary in any given month? sorry for all the questions but we are having a hard time concieving again and was wondering if we have a fertility problem even if we had gotten pregnant before ?
