Hi im a 25 and i had my left ovar removed due to a ovarian dermoid cycts, found out about a mounth ago that i have a nother cycts on my right overy, my dr told me that it was not that big, so that is good, but my qustion is can i get prg with one overy with a cycs. i will start trying to have a baby in jan so if any one has any avice that you can give i would like it im driving my self crazy not know.
