removal of an ovary and pregnancy

I had my right ovary removed when I was 13 due to a large cyst the size of a grapefruit. I am now 18 and wish to become pregnant. Can I still become pregnant with one ovary?

one functioning ovary is enough to produce mature follicles, so yes you can get pregnant with one ovary, unless their are other problems with your reproductive organs.
best wishes...
