Provera side effects

Anyone out there taking Provera to bring on a period. I have PCOS my RE wanted me to take take this. Then after my period starts I will go in on day 2 of my cycle for a U/S. Then he will start me on Clomid. I have been feeling nausea from these pills I only have 5 more days. Curious if anyone has had some bad side effects.

I always break out in a small (but annoying) rash when I'm on Provera, so I've since switched to Prometrium, which I personally thought worked better for me anyway. Nausea--yikes. Not a fun s/e. I hope you get used to the Provera soon & don't have another 5 days to look forward to.

My gyn had me on prometriumj prior to my RE. My RE preffered the provera. Thanks for responding.
