i take prometruim 200mg daily starting day 14 until my af. I had a mc this past summer and found out my progestrone was low and so that i could have normal periods. ive read some post that say it will delay ovualtion, or that you shouldnt take it til after you o'd. Im so confused. I o'd saturday according to my chart, but also started spotting. Doc said not to worry unless it got heavy. but now my temp went below the coverline on 5dpo. i want to scream. any body have any success stories for me or similar sytmpoms?
