Progesterone Shot to Induce AF

Can someone please tell me more about this? I've never had to make my AF come. Are there crazy side effects with doing this? More hot flashes, nausea, etc? I am stressed about doing this. Is your flow heavier due to this and are the cramps bad? Thanks ladies!
