xiaotuzi, AF is certainly on her way, i'm already spotting ( I usually spot 2-3 days b-4 AF) I had my clomid sono today and already have a clomid RX. My RE told me that some women get AF symptoms + spotting during very early pg, (that happened to me when I was pg).I will start my first round of clomid 5 days after AF. Overall, I am a little sad and dissapointed, but not discouraged... I only have one tube so it will be a little difficult to get pg. , I know that there is nothing impossible for the LORD. So I will just keep on praying, Enough about me. I can only imagine your excitement, Please keep in touch and keep me posted. :)

Thanks Xiaotuzi. I used clearblue compact for my HPT. Anyway I saw my doctor and she asked me to wait a few more days as my HPT's are negative. I am asked to take Duphaston tablets for 12 days starting 25th March. It will help stablise pregnancy if I am pregnant and if not my AF will come at the end of 12 days. Keeping fingers crossed. Congragulations to you

Hello, I have been ttc for about 1year. Just had my HSG and it was very painful experience. The pain came when they were inserting the tube, which I broke out into cold sweats and nearly fainted from the pain. The doc and technician had to nudge me from fainting.. When the doc injected the dye I had cramping like a severe AF cramp. The pain went away pretty quick after the tube was entered but the cramping lasted for about 30minutes or so. The doctor gave me the results right away.. no blockage. He also indicated there is not waiting period for intercourse.. So I am really hopeful after this. I did wonder on the way home how I am going to handle birth if I couldnt handle a tube in my cervix. Ha Ha.

Xiaotuzi my AF came today so I was not pregnant afterall. Sigh..... I would like to know whether anyone has used Maybe MOM Saliva Ferning test kit to predict Ovulation. Is it accurate and any positive results after using it

xiaotuzi - March 24

hi, shammu, sorry to hear that. your AF was really delayed this month. don't give up, my dr said 3 months after HSG all have good chanced to conceive. keep on trying. i actually used saliva monitor, honestly i don't like it because it won't able to pinpoint the ovulation day, in my case, there were 10 fertile days... i only used it for two cycles then switched to Clearblue Fertility Monitor, it is so much more accurate.

I went for my HSg yesterday 03/24/06. I was very nervous MD was pretty in a hurry so i could not ask as many questions as possible. It was painful for me when he was pushing the dye through my tube. By the way i only have one ovary one tube. He said that my uterus was fine and my tube looked good just had a hard time pushing all the muscus out which he cleared off. I am excited to see if this gives me good results. I had one question what are the chances of my tubes getting blocked again and why do they get blocked for certain women. thanks

Has anyone experienced bleeding 2 days after HSG. I had mine on 03/24 and i am still bleeding not sure if it is blood or the dye

hi everyone. My DH & I have been trying for 19 months. I had an hsg done March 17th (tubes are clear) and Im 4dpo, waiting impatiently! My mom tried for 2 years and got preggo right after hsg, so I'm hoping I'm the same as her. I've been getting lots of weird cramps, but not sure if they are HSG related....

Thanks Sunnypea for your comments: it's just what I was thinking too! But we will learn how to handle pain, I hope...
I had my SHG done on March the 8th, after 20 months trying, and now I feel ready to finally get pregnant. But I am also starting documents for adoption: I am curious to hear opinions about my idea of having two kids, one adopted and one homemade.

We have also been ttc for 2+ years.I had the hsg test on March 6 and everything looked fine. My Dr. said that both tubes are open, and wants us to try for the next 2-3 months before we consider clomid. I believe that I ovulated on the 12th or the 13th of this month, and we have been working at it harder than ever! My period is now two days late and my breasts are sore, but I have done two early pregnancy tests only to get negative results. i'm still hoping for a miracle, but if not this month, I am optimistic that it will happen sometime soon. I have heard that there is a 30% greater chance of conceiving for the next few months after an hsg test. I hope that is true....Good Luck!!

gee gee- I had spotting for 3 days after my HSG. I have a quick question for anyone. My Clear Blue Monitor indicated I am at my peak today. Well my DH is out of town, and we BDed Monday morning at 3am 2 1/2 days ago. Do I still have a good chance to get pregnant? Also, he will not be back until Thursday late night. just wondering. I know I hear that it lives up to 4 days but it sounds so doubtful.

micks - March 30

Brooke, let me know how it goes. I hate this waiting game! Sunnypea, sperm usually lives 2-3 days, so you still have a small chance. My DH left town on the 22nd & I ovulated March 23rd. I came home for a quickie at lunch on the 22nd to get as close as possible to my ovulation - LOL! I think I'm losing it - my lunch was 2 hrs long! oops ;o)
