Elle, I'm pretty sure it's ok for you to start BDing now. My RE told me just no sex or anything going in for the first 24, then after the bleeding stops to start ttc, so I say go for it. Good luck! |

Hi Nila. Yes I am!!! I still cant believe it! I am dying to see my u/s. Myabe then it will really sink in. I am anxious t start showing. Weird hugh? Hey SH - Wow only 2 months to go for you. How exciting. I still dont believe this is real and probably wont till the u/s. I just pray all is ok and everything is normal. You hear so much about those ectopic pregnancies and miscarriages..but I am trying to stay positive. Quick question to you guys..they say to cut back on your caffeine..and I was never too much of a caffeine drinker..I have about 1 glass of some type of caffeine a day..mostly tea. I am trying to limit it as I heard it may be linked to miscarriages. Since I havent seen my doctor yet, can someone give me some advice based on what their doc said? Thanks girls! |

Hey Deb! I didn't believe it until I saw the ultrasound either. I don't think it ever really sinks in until you are seeing the baby and the heartbeat is going strong and everyone knows about it. Until then you will be questioning if you are really even pregnant! As for your question, my RE siad everything in moderation, except alcohol, smoking and drugs were no all the time. Even fish, caffeine, etc... One caffinated drink a day is not going to hurt anything. Just don't drink more than one. I just went to my ob for the first pregnancy visit, and heard the heartbeat again with a doppler. i am officially in my 2nd trimester! Whoo hoo!! How are you feeling otherwise? |

My doctor told me to wait 1 to 2 months after HSG to try and get pregnant. Should I listen to him or ttc like everyone else? |

Diana, y did he tell you that - did he give a reason? I fht eHSG was neg, there should be no issues. |

Smurray - did you get your questions answered about HSG bringing on ovulation? |
||
|

No reason was given just basically to give body a chance to get rid of the dye. What should I do? How long should I wait to ttc? |

I never heard of that. I tried that same cycle - no biggie. My Dr had no concerns. |

Thank you Elyse. I called the radiologist who performs the HSG and she said that there was no reason to wait. However, should I wait at least 24 hours? |
