Please.. I need some advice...

I am 21 yrs old and started my period when I was 15, since then they have been irregular, maybe one every 2-3 mos. When i do get them they are a regular 5 day flow. When I worked with other women they started to get normal at the beginning of this year and now i am unemployed and being a "housewife" if you will. I went on a birth control last year that made them irregular but then got off... my fiancee and i are trying to conceive a child for about 9 mos now and i havent been able to come through. I am starting to get a lump on the right side of my groin and really dont have the money myself to go to the doctor. I don't know what to do. We really want this.

I forgot to add that my nipples have been sore for a few weeks now and I have also been having softer bm's. Along with my off and on headaches.

You are getting a lump on your groin? I would get that checked out. I don't know how much a regular check up is, but lumps appearing out of no where should be checked out. It could be nothing, but ya never know. Was your question about the lump?
