My dr put my on Clomid 50 mg cylce days 3-7 once and a few much later I got pregnant but she thinks I may have gotten pregnant on my own since I hadnt been taking it. Anyway, my pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 2 1/2 months which was devastating to us. A few months after the miscarriage I got pregnant again but that ended in an Ectopic pregnancy and I didnt lose any tubes but did have to have surgery to remove all the tissue. Now we have the ok to start trying again. My dr said that we could try it without taking the clomid but since this cycle from the last was 42 days long I figure that its ok. Is it ok to take the clomid even though my dr said we didnt have to? Well, I started this period on Tues Nov 23 and i started the clomid anyway on Nov 25 but my period is starting to end. Do I continue to take the clomid even though my period is ended? Thank you in advance for any input you might have for me.
