Ovulation test

Okay, I just took an ovulation test and both lines are the same color, does this mean I have already ovulated, am ovulating or will be ovulating. Any advice would help!

the opt measures the amt of LH (lutinizing hormone). LH stimulates the mature follicle to release an egg (ovulation). A peak LH (pink line same intensity as control line) indicates that there is now enough LH in your system to stimulate a mature egg to be released which takes 12-24 hrs. A pink line means you will ovulate (release an egg) in the next 12-24 hrs.. Hope that helps
