Hi I am new on this side.
I have been TTc for 4 years now. Got pregnant on clomid 50g 2nd cycle but had an rubtured etopic at 9 weeks, right tube was removed as a result. HSG showed blocked tube. Myomactomy one year later for fibroids. another year later again removal of ovarian cysts, blocked tube was unblocked with dye during this operation. That has been in March this year. After 4 months no BFP, when AF arrived yesterday, I got so depressed that I was thinking about suicide, I feel like I cant do this any more, always hopefull..and nothing happens. On the other side I was thinking if clomid helped the first time will it help again? Does the fact that I got pregnant before mean that I can conceive? should I go on clomid again but up the dose to 100g? Im really desperate, it feels like there is no hope left, but i am so confused cause I dont know why this is happening to me...
