Molly Woo's is fine with me, or really anywhere. I agree with whoever said no to red lobster, I am not a big seafood fan either. Tenk-I feel your pain, I have a cold too. Runny nose and cough. Sudafed and Robitussin are about the only things you can take when you are pg but I HATE the way sudafed makes your nose so dry. I would rather let it run! Oh well it will pass soon so I think I am just going to ride it out. Hopefully all the Robitussin you are taking will work on your cm since it doesn't seem to be working on your cough! Nikki- Sorry to hear about your lump. I am sure it is nothing, especially if you are supposed to o soon. Sometimes with the increase of hormones bbs get weird! Just like when you are supposed to start af. Good luck on the 2nd though. Mega- Your tx is tomarrow YEAH!!! Good luck and sticky sticky baby dust to you!

Mega - October 26

Thanks BabyRN for the sticky baby dust! Hope your cold goes away soon. Man, that's gotta be the worst, getting sick while pg & not being able to take most meds out there. I always seem to get bronchitis while cycling, so NOT fun!

Tenk - October 26

Thanks everyone! Mega, I feel dumb, but I don't know what's going on tomo. I do wish you the best no matter what it is tho!

nikki2204 - October 26

HEy all. Thanks for all of the encouraging words on the lump. Jsmith, when I had them removed before they were fibroadenomas, I had two large ones, one in each breast. I am hoping this is nothing, i really don't want to go through another surgery. We'll see I guess. I am not too worried since I have technically had 2 exams this year--one during my annual and another during my physical and they found nothing then except my scar tissue. Mega-- good luck tomorrow!!!!! I'll be thinking about ya. Molly Woo's is fine, I've never been there so I will be trying something new! Tenk-- my husband just went to the doctor today which he NEVER EVER does and found out that his horrible cough is walking pneumonia! so be carful! Have a great day ladies!

Mega - October 26

Nikki--Yikes! Your poor DH, I've had that before (bronchitis morphed into walking pneumonia). If he's anything like my DH he'd have to have been feeling very sick to set foot in a dr's office. Hope he feels better soon. I'll also be hoping that you don't have to have surgery again for your lump. I'm glad you're not too worried about it right now. With your prior 2 exams I'm sure it's just the scar tissue. Hope so! Thanks for the luck tomorrow & the +++ thoughts. Tenk--Thank you for the luck too. I'm having my embryo transfer (tx) tomorrow for my 1st FET cycle. We're tx 3 embies most likely, assuming of course they all survive & they're not all high quality. If all 3 are high quality we'll just tx 2, so we don't risk triplets. That would be a rough couple of years methinks! But with my PCOSy eggs 3 high quality embies are unlikely. Thanks for the well wishes ladies. I'll keep ya posted on how the tx goes. I won't be online tomorrow at all though, I'll be lazing in bed after the tx is over. Rough life, eh?!

mommywannabe - October 26

I won't be here tomorrow either. I am having a garage sale and pretty much selling the entire house. LOL!! OMG, so much to price it's unreal. My husband and myself are packrats. However I am a packrat with clothes and shoes and he's one with JUNK so I made him get rid of a lot of junk so therefore he told me to get rid of some of my clothes. LOL!! Fair is fair you know.

Mega - October 26

Okay, scratch that. We'll only be tx 2 embies after all. 1 of the 3 didn't survive the thaw. So please keep my remaining 2 embies in your thoughts--I hope they survive to tx tomorrow. Mommy--Good luck tomorrow with the garage sale. Hope lots of people find treasures in your DH's "junk." Make lots of $$$$$! As a fellow packrat I understand how easy it is to accumulate so much stuff.

Tenk - October 26

MEGA, I had no idea what was going on. I promise I read all of this too. How could I have missed that, I think I might cry right now thinking about it...BABY DUST & STICKY DUST. That is amazing, and I can't wait for you to come on here in 2 weeks and tell us that you got your BFP, I honestly and truly wish you the very best in your journey tomo, may it be pain free, and may your uterine lining be extremely IMPLANTALBE (is that a word?!?!) OH GOOD LUCK!!! Oh Nikki, thanks for the info on that WP, I hope that's not the case, my DD has the same thing going on poor little one, she just hacks and hacks all night. Me, just thinking it's a cold and will pass eventually (since the weather is finally changing here)...ok, thank you and again MEGA...STICKY BABY DUST YOUR WAY!!!

Tenk - October 27

Bump

Tenk - October 27

Lots of TWINGES going on in my ovaries, I think. Not painful or even close, just something can tell is there....EEHHH...I hope that it works...MEGA, I hope that you sleep well, and get great news SOON!!! Everyone else, sleep well!! hugs

Tenk - October 27

BUMP...hope everyone has a great day in Ohio. Oh, does anyone know how long it will be until I O after taking Clomid. I think my O is really messed up as of prior to the Clomid...I'm positive I O'd (without OPK) one month on CD 10 b/c I spotted BUT we BD'd nothing. Last month I thought I O'd at the right time and 5 days after what I thought was O I had EWCM but not much...UGH-how do you know???

Tenk - October 28

Good day everyone. Can't wait to hear from MEGA, I'm pullin for ya!

BabyRN - October 28

Tenk- Depending on how long your cycles are you should o on day 14-16. I always o'd on day 16 with my clomid and my cycles were 28 days with the clomid. I also did glucophage too though. It should be just like a "normal cycle". Are you doing anything else like profazi. If so they should look at your follicles before you take the profazi so they make sure your egg is at the right stage. They usually did mine starting on day 11 or 12 and then calculated the growth from there. Whatever the case may be good luck. Mega hope your tx went well. Do you have anymore embryos after this? Will you harvest (?) more if no pg this month. Not that that matters b/c you are getting a bfp with this tx!! Well hope you all are having a great weekend. It's pretty quiet around here so I assume you all are enjoying yourselves. Well I am off to a chili dump tonight. Talk to you all on mon.

Mega - October 28

Hi ladies. Tenk--Aww, thank you so much. My FET cycle has been going on so long & really there wasn't much to say about it so it's possible I didn't mention it much in my posts. No biggie. Thanks so much for the well wishes. And your Clomid cycle seems to be going well. What CD's did you take the Clomid? My RE's rule of thumb was about 10 days after the last pill on days 3 to 7, though for me when I first started CD I tended to O day 17 to 19. Definitely keep tracking your cycle though b/c it could happen any time & the twinges you're feeling is very promising. Good luck, I hope you catch that eggie (or eggies) this cycle!!! BabyRN--I didn't know you were on glucophage. Do you have PCOS too? I'm on Metformin myself (generic glucophage). For how long into your pregnancy did you take the Gluco for? Just curious. Thanks for the well wishes. I have 4 embryos still frozen now, but if this FET is a BFN then I'll go ahead & do another fresh cycle IVF. We'll end up taking a 1 month natural cycle though. I think the tx went well yesterday. I had such a FULL bladder though (for the u/s guidence they use to properly place the embies), ouchie. You're supposed to wait a 1/2 hour after to get up but my bladder was sooo full & painful they let me up before then to pee. Ahhh bliss! But they tx 2 embies which were both grade B's, which is pretty good quality. A is the best, then B, then C, & D's pretty much are hopeless. But B's hopefully are pretty implantable (like that word Tenk)!!! My beta is Nov. 10th, so we'll see...Enjoy the rest of your weekend ladies. I've been vegging around myself, the valium yesterday knocked me out, I slept like almost the entire day. Sooo lazy!

Tenk - October 29

Oh goodie MEGA, Love the word BTW...hehe. I'm sure everything went perfect for you and those eggies. Nov 10th, that's not too long of a wait. According to the FREE fertility thing I use I shouldn't ovulate ti around then or the 7th anyway...horse poo, I know I'm gonna O before then, I can feel it. Baby, did you get your BFP off a Clomid a cycle? Well, as far as taking anything else, I'm not (Folic Acid, and Robitussin) but I've been on the FA since Kamryn passed in March. I did the unthinkable, I ordered my Clomid off the net. It was sealed in a blister pack with the milligrams, ingredients, MFGR, and expiration date on it. I took it @ 100mg CD 1-5. I've heard that Dr. don't normally recommend CD1-5, but if you read any study that has been done on it, 24% more women get a BFP from 1-5 than any other way. I think it also produces more follies, and maybe that's why they don't normally recommend it that way. Who knows...probably BABY, since you are in the Medical Field. I also don't know when I O'd any other month as I was not using OPK then. I really thought since we were successful all 4 times before that I knew my body~~~but do we really ever know??? Last night DH didn't feel good so no BD, and I told him today when he called...if those damn OPK's were wrong and I O'd last night and you went to sleep...we will fight!?!? He said, I'm sure you didn't O last night, I think you wouldn't have let me sleep~~~probably right, hehe. Ok, good night everyone, I'm trying to put the kidos to bed and relax for a bit with some ME time....baby dust

JSmith - October 30

Evening ladies- I hope you are all well this evening. Mega - best of luck to you - I hope this is your month. I will say a little prayer for you as I will for all of you ladies. Tenk- trying to figure out when you O is not easy is it? I have no idea when I O'd or if I did yet. This is my first month off of bcp's so hopefully my body can figure things out on it's own. Tomorrow I have to be in Columbus all day for a work conference. It will be a long day, but it will be a nice change of pace I suppose. I so wish I could meet all of you next weekend - for sure the next time. I had a horrible migraine today - I got up to get ready for church and had to go back to bed. My dh took my dd and I got to sleep for a few hours - my head is still sore, but better. Did you all have a good weekend? Well, my dd and I are running treat bags over to the neighbor and then it's Raegan's bed time. You all have a good night.
