Off the Pill for 16 months, still not preg. Help!

I am 20 years old, my husband and I have been married for a little over a year and decided 7 months ago we would really start trying for a baby. I have been off the pill for 16 months now, my cycles are kind of long, but somewhat regular, my dr as even put me on hormone pills to make sure I ovulate on a monthly basis, and I'm still not having any luck. Any advice???
