hi ladies, well that didn't last long. spotting started last night, still some today. sypmtoms seem to be fading and i'm cramping. guess it was too good to be true. okay, gotta run but wanted to let y'all know so you weren't wondering how my pg was progessing... be well all.

HCW - is it your AF for sure? did you have hGC blood work drawn earlier this week? what were those like? if it's not a full flow - don't fret yet - fingers crossed for you!!!

Hi ladies, well as expected af arrived on Saturday :( we went for our cd3 blood work and u/s this am (yup dragged dh this morning... it's not fair that I'm the only one who has to get up early!). A few little follicles starting up. I'll get the b/w back this afternoon and start back on femara for cd 3-7. If my work travel schedule doesn't screw us up we'll be doing our first round of IUI next week. Finally got them to tell me dh's sa results too. They won't tell me unless I'm with him (dr-patient conf) and he doesn't listen to the details only if it is good, borderline or bad. count 23million, motility 48%, morphology 28%. We asked again what dh can do to improve the numbers and they said there isn't any scientifically proven medications, supplements etc that can improve that. He's been dutifully taking the supplements suggested though, and a glass of red wine every now and then too so we'll see if anything changes.

hcw - please let us know how you are doing and what's going on. I' also keeping my FX for you!! schprintze - sorry abou af, but good luck this round with everything! ?? - I'm taking clomid 3-7, is there anything else you girls would reccomend taking? I've heard lots of things - robitussin, primrose oil, flaxseed oil? Oh, I do take fich oil (but not regularly...gotta get back into that).

julie - how are you doing too? Have any symptoms yet? I posted again on that other board...they make me so mad :( I can't believe that they can't just be supportive of everyone trying to get help.

hi ladies - thank you so much for your concern and kind words over the weekend. since the spotting continued yesterday and little today, i went in for another beta HCG to find out what the story was. well, still don't really know what the story is, but my hcg was 670 (up from 157 on friday) which the nurse said is higher then she'd expect for my stage. so, it looks like i'm okay, and it's just old blood from somwhere... she told me to put my feet up, no bd for a while and try to relax. seems kinda unbelieveable to me, but i'll take her word for it. for now. i'm going to try to stay positive, but keep my feet on the ground. this was just the kind of scare that keeps all illusions at bay... if i make it to my nov 22 u/s, then i'll start getting excited. anyway, thanks again so much for your sweet words of support, i really needed it. okay, i'm off to lie around and let dh wait on me hand and foot - he's says he can't wait - what more could a girl ask for? hugs and best best best to you all!

HCW -- what wonderful news!!! your levels are more than doubling!! infact i used the hcg calculator - and it looks like it's only taking 34 hours for them to double!! (that's way better than mine!!) i am so happy for you! what was your progesterone level? are you on progesterone supplements too? -- so glad for you - enjoy DH waiting on you!! good work!! ------- schprintze ----- sorry AF showed up! but it sounds like you have a plan in place with your 1st IUI -- are you going to be doing clomid or injectibles with it? it should help with dh's guys - but they don't sound bad! keeping you in my prayers! -------- KIMMER - i have all but given up on those mean ladies - we jsut have only 1 thing in common (the pregnancy) other than that - NOTHING. let me know if i can help answer anything for you - the robitussin is to help loosen the CM so your dh's swimmers have something to get to the egg in -- but it didn't work for me - plus i hated the taste -- so i used extra virgin olive oil as a lubricant -- (put a towel under you!! and use it liberally!) it is sperm friendly, me RE told me so - and i got PG using it in june - + it's cheaper that pre-seed --- and more readiliy available you probably hav eit in your kitchen -- EXtra VIRGIN olive oil!) and i took ROYAL JELLY supplements google it for more info - but it's to help make you more fertile. good luck! keep us posted.

julie - thanks so much for all your advice...hmmm...extra virgin olive oil...never thought about that use for it. lol. hcw - great news!! I'm so happy for you! And, you get to waited on too - not a bad deal. :) As for me, just trugging along...I talked to my doc last night and she said that my progesterone level was 0.4 last month on clomid (pretty low). So, hopefully the higher dose of clomid will work this month. She said that if the numbers don't budge this month, that she will refer me to an RE for more/different options. Hoping that I won't need the referral! But, I'm ok with it...it may take me a little while, but I KNOW it will happen for me too.

Hi Julie, I started on Femara yesterday. I'll take it cd 3-7 and then go in for an u/s. Depending on what is developing then and on cd10 they may get me to take other meds. We'll see, if my follicles develop faster (like they did the last time) they may give me some meds to hold off O to the right time. It's crazy that the biggest hinderance to IUI could be our business travel! I'm being proactive for December though - I've told dh not to travel the week of my cd 10-16 and I've block it off my work calendar too!

hi girls - just ONE baby in there! i feel blessed to even have that. my RE said there is a chance the other is "hiding" behind since it is so early - and she'd be surprised if there weren't TWO in there on the next u/s.

Hi ladies! How is everyone? I guess the oct tww is a bit out of date now, huh? Well, I'm glad to still see some updates here!! Kimmer, how are you? Good luch with the clomid this month - will you do iui with it? Have you tried acupuncture? I'm pretty sure that helped me, even if just it was relaxing (unlike most ttc stuff!) and because it felt like someone was really paying close attention to what was happening with my cycle... i dunno, just a suggestions. Good luck schprintze with the femara and fingers crossed for your travel times to work out!! Julie! - more details of the scan please!! and how are you feeling?? It's soooo great you already saw the bean! Have they given you a due date? Are you still on the progesteron? As for me, well the bad news is that i'm still spotting; the good news is that it means they keep testing my blood and i keep coming up fine - today's hcg was 2860, which again is doubling faster than every two days. also, they've moved my u/s to this coming wednesday to "answer some questions." i hope by that they just mean why i'm spotting, and not something else they suspect that they haven't told be about yet. dh keeps teasing me that its twins and i'm so terrified at the idea - Julie, I'll gladly leave that to you!! anyway, it's still just one day at a time for me and i'm trying to hope for the best but keep braced for the worst. so far my only symptoms are sore bbs, thirsty all the time, tired and very occasional bouts of naseau. alright, gotta run but best best best to all! cheers ladies, sticky baby dust all around.
