how can i get my period to start after 3 yrs of not having it due to signal not being reached b/c of a stressful time i had 3 yrs ago??

to give you guys a little more info- had ivf last year but miscarried. now dr says i'm one for one and i would love to get pregnant but no ovulatioin due to no period
