Well, hopefully you & your nurse will stop the phone tag soon. Are you waiting to hear about the Femara script? Are you doing CD 5 thru 9 again? What CD are you on today? Yeah, I've heard about the special bond b/twn mothers & sons and that might be part of the appeal for me.

cw - January 4th, 2006 1:57 PM

i know that i am supposed to do the same femara days 5-9 so that is good but i need to schedule the 21 test. i am on cd 2 now. we are going to visit the in- laws this weekend. everyone is excited but i kinda wish we were staying home. it is my last weekend off for the next 4. i guess that is just part of what we have to do when we are married :)

Mega - January 4th, 2006 2:28 PM

I'm going to show my DH your post where it says part of being married is seeing the inlaws. LOL! Where do your inlaws live? Is this a weekend stay then? Are they nice to you, at least? Well, I hope it's more fun than you're expecting it to be. So, you have to schedule your day 21 test this far in advance? Wow! I guess mine can't be planned too far in advance though b/c it's never on day 21, I usually don't even O til CD 18 or so. Are you having better luck now reaching your nurse? Or are you all still playing phone tag?

Mega - January 5th, 2006 9:27 AM

Good morning! Did you get your progesterone test for this cycle scheduled yet? My nurse never called me back yesterday to let me know about my prog. test on Friday. I don't have to have an appointment per se, but I want to make sure the proper paperwork is down there when I go. Oh well, I'll try back this PM if I don't hear back before then. How was your night?

cw - January 5th, 2006 10:17 AM

my in laws are in tennessee. they are very nice to me. i have no complaints there. its just taking the time to drive 5 hours there and then 5 hours back plus all the packing and unpacking. i guess i dont really have a choice though :) his parents are also divorced so we stay with his dad and SOMETIMES visit his mom. (thats a very long story) hunter is very excited though. he loves his grandpa. i still havent reached the nurse yet. she called me back yesterday and i guess i didnt hear the phone ring. i changed the ringer on my cell phone and it doesnt ring loud enough..lol i just remembered thati have to get my femara refilled before we go. i am supposed to start on sat! this tiome thing really is starting to go alot faster for me for some reason. maybe its becausei have been busier. hunt lost a tooth yesterday so the tooth fairy had to make an appearance last night. he was excited b/c she let him keep his tooth and gave him $5. she sure has gone up since i was a little kid. lol so how are you feeling? anything going on with you?

cw - January 5th, 2006 10:25 AM

hey i forgot to tell you that i am off today and i am going to get my hair highlighted and cut! i am so excited cause it needs it so bad! i will check back in later today :)

Mega - January 5th, 2006 10:38 AM

Hi! Oh, a day of beauty & relaxing. Sounds fun! Yeah, 5 hours is a long drive, 10 hours total in the car & with a small child in tow! And with your schedule, I can see how you wouldn't be looking forward to it. But sounds like Hunter has a fun weekend instore--getting spoiled by grandpa is always a fun thing. I understand how it is with divorced parents & the competion they can feel towards each other. Mine are divorced, have been for aeons but they live in different states so I guess that makes things a lot easier. Mine hate each other. But whatever. Wow, what a nice, generous tooth fairy Hunter has. I think I got a $1. Must be inflation, huh?! Ha, ha, ha. Talk to ya later. Enjoy your day off!

cw - January 5th, 2006 6:26 PM

hey mega! well i hope that you had a great day. i spent most of it getting my hair done and running errands. it was a nice day and i have fabulous hair now..lol then i went to the tanning beds and then the gym... i figure if i am not pg i mine as well try and shed a few pounds before i add them on hopefully in the next couple of months. my nurse finally called back and left a message that i dont have to have my level checked this month. i am kinda bummed about it cause i like knowing what it is but i guess if i use the opk again i can tell. i picked up my femara today so i am all set with starting that. i hope that you have a great night and i will talk to you tomorrow. :)

Mega - January 6th, 2006 10:00 AM

Hi! Wow, it does sound like you had a nice day yesterday! :) Good thinking. I should do the same thing myself, I have more than a few pounds I could shed. :) That's too bad that you won't be getting the prog. check this time, but I guess since you ovulated last time they're confident you'll do it again. I got mine done today, I might hear back this PM about it. Have fun in TN this weekend! What a beautiful state. Where in TN will you be staying?

cw - January 6th, 2006 10:07 AM

it is allittle town called newport. its only about 30 min from gatlinburg. i am starting to get alittle excited just to get out of town for a few days. i am so with you about the more then a few pounds! i swear i have gained 30 lbs in the past 2 years. i am 5'10 and i wear a size 12. i really need to get back down. do you have any big plans for this weekend?

Mega - January 6th, 2006 12:49 PM

I used to have this skinny bod, & then came the PCOS & a big weight gain. Oh I miss that body now. :) I've decided when I get the weight off (post-baby most likely) I'm going to wear more revealing clothes, flaunt my bod more than I did when I was young. I'm only 5'2.5" so there's not a lot of room for me to house these extra pounds. LOL! I really don't have any plans at all right now. My hubby is very into online poker now so he's got a couple tourneys this weekend so he's planning on chaining himself to our computer. I'm going to attempt to drag him out tonite though, we haven't gone out to dinner just us in aeons. Wow, the Gatlinburg area is just gorgeous. Sounds like a neat area for a weekend trip. I imagine the weather should be pretty nice for you too. I'm glad you're getting excited about your visit. My DH works Sun. thru Thurs. now so til his schedule changes yet again, we can't really go on any weekend trips. Oh well!

cw - January 6th, 2006 1:00 PM

i am alittle excited. it will be nice to get away for a little while. my dh is cant sit still long enough to play any games..lol he is either at the gym or at work it seems. he is going up for a promotion at work and i really hope that he gets it. he wants it so bad. he would become a trainer for all the new officers that come in. have you heard back from the doctor about your levels yet?

Mega - January 6th, 2006 1:16 PM

Your DH's new job possibility sounds really cool. Good luck. I hope he gets it. Fingers' crossed. No, I haven't heard back yet from the dr re: my levels. They said they'd send out the sample around 9 AM, so I don't know if the results would be in yet or not. I'm going to guess it'll be around 13 again, like always. Seems to be our lucky #, eh?!

cw - January 6th, 2006 3:04 PM

yeah i hope he gets it too. he really wants it. it is so cold here today. i am sure that it is nothing compared to weather you have but for us is cold. i think its 32 outside when day before yesterday it was 65!! i hope that you get good news about your numbers today!! you never know this might be your month b/c you think its not!!

Mega - January 6th, 2006 4:48 PM

Thanks! I still haven't heard back yet about my numbers. Maybe they called my home #. DH is there to take the message. I must confess part of me is hoping if I keep this non-positive attitude up I could be pleasantly surprised by a BFP. :) Yeah, 32 is quite cold for your area. I think we may be in the 40s up here. I'm with you, I don't like cold weather at all. I'm still hoping we'll move south soon. There may be a couple job openings in Derr's company for labor mgrs, which is his dream job. Though they could be based anywhere. We'll see. Hopefully this will be the year of new jobs for both our DH's. New beginings--babies & new jobs & more $ to pay for said babies! Have a fun, safe trip to TN. Talk to ya Monday.

Mega - January 9th, 2006 10:30 AM

Hi! How was your trip to TN? Did you guys have a good time? Did Hunter get lots of presents from his grandparents? Well, my dr left a msg. at home about my prog. b/w. He said it was "normal" but didn't give a value. I guess it was in the 13.something range again. So that's good. How's your Femara cycle going? You started yesterday?
