Isa, that sounds promising!!! okay, we've all been talking for a long time and I think this should work....my e-mail is dartan@ (the big city that I'm closest to).rr.com , if ya'll remember, e-mail me and we can send pics....We are playing games with our kiddos this new year.....We should have fun....ya'll all have a safe and fun New Year!!!

Tonya, i tried an email but have city wrong. I know the state. I am now thinking of 2 possible cities. Does it starat with B or A ? and I will try again. Just put dh to bed he really isnt feeling well still. I did my trigger shot of ovidril at 9pm. I talked to my accup doc and he will be doing a treatment sometime the morning after my retrieval -he will call the clinic on tues and schedule with the doc and then again on friday after transfer. I'm pretty tired emotionally and physically. the weather here is pouring rain and icky. I'm glad we stayed in. I will probably not be awake to see midnight either.

Tonya I tried it again I had a spelling error and this time it didnt bounce back so if you get it send me an email back and I will dig up a pic of me and dh so you can put name and face together!!

Tonya thats the city I used [email protected] but I dont know what I'm doing wrong. I spelt the h city out fully. I have my retrieval in the morn so i prob wont be on for a day or 2 i guess depending on how i feel. I have to get up so early as we are an hour away in traffic and the roads will be busy in the morn since everyone will be going back to work

hey Isa, it's dartan....i bet that's the problem....let us know how the retrievel goes...i bet they will get some nice eggs based on your follie count....is dh better??

Hey Tonay we got 4 eggs from my 6 follies and embryologist told dh all 4 look good. we get a call at the 24 hour mark/ 48 and 72 hours. Day 3 transfer if they makeit (friday). I'll retry the email but i'm in pain so it will be quick one and next week i'll send ya some emails when i'm up to it. I'm still feeling very out of it.

hey Isa, that sounds good about the eggs...I'll be waiting to hear how they do....how many will ya'll transfer? I'm sure you must be sooo tired...Take care, girl :)

ok here's the update of 4 eggs, 3 fertilized but she said the 4th may have but she didnt see it happend and she will know tomorrow if it starts dividing. (right now its less than 24 hours since my proc) and she will call me again in another 24 hours. I do hope they keep going well and all that are fine we will transfer. We wanted to transfer 5 due to my age/genetics etc we would be lucky for 1 to stick but we obviously wont have that so whatever is left we are putting in me: ). Keep praying for me!

UPDATE- 3 of the 4 have made it. We have a 4 cell grade 1, a 5 cell grade 1 and a 5 cell grade 2. The embryologist said with the timing they should be 4-5 cell now and our clinic grade 1 is the best. We will do AH in the morning and hope and pray for the best.

Isa, things are sounding good....what is
AH? is it assisted hatching? and if so, what does that mean? How are you feeling?

yes AH is assisted hatching. It means they will put a tiny pin prick type opening on the zona (egg shell) to help it open so it will assist in the hatching of the embryo to help it stick to my uterine wall and implant. As we age it tends to get thicher or harder on our eggs and thus sometimes older women dont get pg b/c their zona is too thick to open on its own. Its just another little help for me since i am older and it gives me an extra "try" at it hatching. I am psyched, nervous, thrilled. Of course this is the farthest i have gotten. Tomorrow is my big day (at 9:30) and we will transfer all 3 and hope 1 takes. I still have cramping on my sides from the surgery the other day, not quite myself and not sleeping too well but i think its all b/c of the stress/excitement of it all. I keep having fertility type dreams and its driving me crazy.

Isa that is so exciting! So tomorrow is the transfer day? I had 4 follies when I did my IUI. Tonya I tried your email, let me know if you get it. I am excited about sharing pics.

Toni yes tomorrow is the big day. I have 3 embryos that as of 7am this morn were doing well. I hope they continue to do well and all goes ok tomorrow. I'll keep ya posted on how we do.

Isa wow I am so happy for you. I am praying for you.. This is our year you are going to get a BFP. Tonya is the state you live in start with a T. the state I am thinking you live in does so I hope I am right.
