Need some IVF success stories

I have been trying to get pragnant now for a little over four years and I am trying so hard to keep positive and keep believing that one day my husband and I will have our baby. I have been going through infertility treatments for years and I have tried everything. I had a septum uterus that I had removed from one doctor to hear from another doctor that it was not all removed so they went to do another surgery to remove the rest but when they were in the middle of the surgery they found alot of scar tissue and that my uterus is very thin so they stopped and didn't want to proceed. So now I have begun my 5th attepmt at IVF with a thin uterus and scar tissue. I love my doctor and she is sooo hopeful for me which really helps me alot. She says I shouldn't give up yet. She tells me I have a uterus that we can work with. I love to hear stories of women who have tried many IVF attempts and have a success story. If there is anyone who would like share their story I would live to hear it.

Hi. I was also trying for 4 years before I did IVF. I went through all the testing and fertility treatments and I decided that it was time for IVF. We were successful on our first try and we have a baby boy who is almost two. I know this is not a story about numerous IVF attempts and one sussecc, but I am most probably doing another IVF this year since we haven't been so successful on our own for the about one year now. As I am 38 I don't want to waste my time so will go straght to IVF this time, no other fertility treatments. One good story to encourage you: a friend of mine, after many IVF attempts, with many fertility issues, concieved naturally after the last IVF attempt. Now she has a little boy!

Thank You Kristina for sharing your story. It is great to hear from anyone who has gone through IVF and I am very happy that it happened the first try for you. The story of your friend is so great. I try really hard to believe I will some day have a miracle story like that also. I wish for you to be successful with your next IVF attempt. If you would like to talk while you are going through the process I am all ears.

well, i also thought and still think that i won't happen for me naturally. maybe that's another problem i have, my attitude, but i think everyone with fertility issues understands this way of thinking. it's a result of multple disapointments. but, it did happen to my friend, who was ttc even longer than i was. i also know of people who have concieve on their 7th or 8th IVF attempt. don't give up! i will be happy to share updates on my IVF process with you.

I also feel like my attitude is so bad sometimes. I know it's normal for us to feel this way and it is really great to hear it from someone who has been there. I just feel so nervous right now about trying this again but I know I want to try again and I don't want to give up. Thanks for the support.
